R&B singer KEYSHIA COLE has been ordered to pay almost $160,000 (=C2=A310 6,666) in damages to an event promoter over a concert no-show.The Last Night hitmaker was allegedly due to play a gig in 2006 and was handed $15,000 (=C2=A310,000) upfront to perform, but she failed to show up to the event, a New Jersey court heard on Thursday (25Mar10).The judge ruled against Cole after branding the singer's testimony "con fused and at times nonsensical", adding, "that it appears at times that s he was not literate".Cole has been ordered to pay the sum to the company, reports TMZ.com (K
